The staff failed to properly follow up after a simple stitching procedure, which led to an infection and the wound bursting under their observation. Their focus seemed to be only on collecting money rather than ensuring proper patient care or follow-up. Due to their negligence, I had to seek further treatment at a government hospital, where I finally received proper medical attention. Instead of taking responsibility or offering compensation for their poor service, this hospital demanded additional charges for the same issue caused by their own negligence. This experience was both distressing and unacceptable. I urge others to be cautious and the management to take accountability for improving patient care and staff professionalism. Dr R. Kumar failed to provide proper treatment being a general surgeon ... and no substitute provided on his behalf if he was on leaves...."
